Mocca honed

For the renovation of two luxurious bathrooms, Property developer London Homestead started their search at BELTRAMI. Given the extended range it was not an easy choice but in the end they decided to use MOCCA limestone.

The portuguese limestone is an excellent choice for this modern residential flat because of its light beige colour and lined structure. In order to protect the limestone in this sensitive area the walls and floor were sealed with Lithofin MN Stainstop.

Thanks to the advice of BELTRAMI the property developer decided to clad the floor with random lengths of 30 - 2 cm to help give the impression of extra length to the room. Additionally, the walls were clad with BELTRALINEA strips which give a contemporary linear look.
The vanity top was fabricated of MOCCA as well which helped to add to the overall value of the project.

JURA GREY-BLUE limestone in random lengths of 30 – 2 cm was chosen for the ground floor of the flat; an excellent hard-wearing stone which is easy to maintain and will remain looking good for many years.

In the kitchen area – NERO IMPALA (Jasberg) satino was used for the main worktop areas and a unique granite – NERO MARINACE – was used to create the island unit, making it an amazing feature in the kitchen.
