For the maintenance of natural stone, we regularly advise that the periodic protection of the natural sheen should not be forgotten. Natural stone, however, must not only be cleaned; to avoid the appearance of footmarks on area of heavy use, the surface finish (honed, polished), must be regularly protected. For this reason it is advisable to begin a programme of maintenance immediately after the floor has dried out, whereby the floor is treated once a month with Lithofin Care-Scheen.
