As you know, we advise you to leave joints open for as long as possible: ideally, for fourteen days. In this way the moisture from the laying process can evaporate through the open joints so that this does not need to take place via the tile. The risk of discolouration and/ or surface blemishes is thereby greatly reduced. The jointing compound is the special BELTRAMI marble joint compound . Standard colours: white, beige, light grey and anthracite. This is suitable for both inside and outside use and for a joint width of up to 1cm. A jointing tool should be used to fill joints in materials with a rough finish or a naturally rough surface. During the jointing process tile surfaces must always be kept clean from cement waste.
