BELTRAMI Belgium invest in new offices and showroom

In 2009 BELTRAMI will centralise all its activities into new offices on one site. At the same time, investment is being made in building a brand new showroom.

The investments in these new offices and the showroom will enable the company to greatly increase its efficiency. All essential services, ranging from sales to logistics will be located in the same building and this will no doubt enhance both the internal as well as external communication.

After the recent investments in a more ecologically responsible car and truck fleet, BELTRAMI is also putting efforts into integrating this concept into the new building. Innovative techniques are being applied to economise energy and to use environmentally friendly energy sources. Light bulbs, for example, will be banished from the buildings in favor of CFLs, FLs and LED-lights. Energy will be supplied by fotovoltaic solar panels.

It speaks for itself that BELTRAMI involves itself in building with durable materials, for example, by using natural stone for both the external facade and floor cladding. This material is excellently suited to retain heat and will last for many years.

Architect buro D’Hondt is responsible for the technical and creative support of this project. Their long experience guarantees to create an unique concept. All members of the BELTRAMI team as professionals are being encouraged to propose ideas for the furnishing of the 600 sqm showroom which should generate some lively and interesting schemes!
