Responsible Business : vehicle fleet

  By introducing the Responsible Business model BELTRAMI has decided to initiate ahead of time the replacement of its fleet of business vehicles by more environmentally friendly trucks and cars.

Renault Truck - Euro 5

 

BELTRAMI introduces the RENAULT premium 450dxi into its fleet. This truck comes up to the strict EURO5 standards. By doing this now, BELTRAMI is replacing its trucks far early than demanded by the European Government in order to fulfill the strictest environmental rules.

Thanks to the fluid Adblue, produced by Air1 the emission of CO² particles is much lower than the average emission of trucks.
The SCR-system (Selective Catalyst Reduction) has reduced the fuel consumption by 5% in comparison to trucks who come up to EURO3 standards.

BELTRAMI hopes to replace another 4 trucks by more environmentally friendly ones by the middle of 2008.

Volkswagen Passat Bluemotion

For the replacement of old company cars BELTRAMI has chosen the new Volkswagen Passat Bluemotion.

This car is known in the trade press as ultra economical with an average fuel consumption of 5L/100 km and a CO2 emission of 136g/km.
