Belgian Blue Stone antico

The owners of this magnificent villa were looking for timeless elegance. They found it in Belgian Blue Stone, a limestone suitable for any application in any interior. However, the multiple possibilities in finishes made the search difficult because each finish of the stone gives a different look. In the end, the owners chose the 'antico' finish which makes the tiles look as though they've already been in place for years. These tiles are installed with a large joint to give a rustic finishing touch to the interior. In this way, the owners managed to bring their own unique piece of natural stone into their house.

Natural stone was also used in the impressive entrance hall. Noir d'église, a uniform black natural stone, is combined with a Greek white marble, Thassos. The pictures speak for themselves: the dark floor surface combined with the snow white floor insets and border has a clear charm.
